ABOUT

Marni Blake Ellis is an Emmy-nominated producer with experience at TLC, Bravo, MTV, VH1, PBS, HBO, and other networks. She has worked on numerous reality shows and documentaries, along with overseeing over 500 hours of digital programming as VP of Production at Spacestation. Her work on the sports program series, 1440: NY Liberty, earned Marni her first Emmy nomination.

She has had two documentaries appear at the Tribeca Film Festival: Chasing Chasing Amy, which she oversaw at Spacestation, and One Nation Under Dog, which she produced at HBO. Additional credits include The Rachel Zoe Project, Autopsy with Dr. Michael Baden, Long Island Medium, Cathouse, Rattled, Personal Space, and Throwback Bravo.

Marni is also the founder of Marni Blake Productions, a full-service production company she created after companies from New York to San Francisco sought her expertise in handling all production elements—from soup to nuts. The company provides pre-production, production, and post-production/editing services, with Marni overseeing everything from budget creation to assembling production teams on both coasts.

Currently, Marni produces Spotlight On, a podcast for the venture capital firm Accel, and co-hosts Hi Felicia with Marni & Felicia, a special podcast with her mother.

Marni, who began her career as an MTV intern, is a University of Michigan graduate, a member of the Producers Guild of America, and a lover of all things pop culture.
